WARRANTY
Insten® warrants that all its genuine products will perform in a safe and proper manner when installed and operated as instructed.
Additionally, each item is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year to lifetime, as specified on the packaging of the product, from the date of the original purchase. If the product exhibits such proven defects within the period of the warranty, Insten® will replace or repair, at its option, the product in parts or workmanship to the original purchaser.
LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not extend to damage or failure resulting from normal consumer usage, alteration, misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, removal and/or reinstallation. Nor does it cover defects caused by improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment, acts of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, and other natural disasters, which will be excluded.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. In no event shall Insten® and/or its distributors be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. This warranty covers only the repair and replacement of the product itself. Insten® neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with this product.
To obtain a replacement during the time of warranty, please return the defective item with proof of purchase to the original place of purchase. Insten® and its distributors will not be responsible for shipping & handling charges incurred from any returning items. |
